Silver labs

I saw a link to a website explaining that a "rare" silver lab most likely has wiem somewhere in its back ground. There was pictures of wiems and silver labs for comparison. Anyone know of the link that I refer to and can point me towards it?

Don't know if this was the one per se, but it was brought to my attention not long ago when we had someone ask to adopt a "silver" thru our rescue network. http://www.blueknightlabs.com/content/view/70/109/

You should read atleast the rest of this forum to find a lot of great information.
Most Silver Hating websites will have a lot of false information.
For instance he says that the first kennel to breed silver labradors also bred weims. FALSE!!

I trained a silver lab for a client. It looked just like a chocolate lab with a coating of dust on it.

It did pretty good on basic retrieving (singles) including force fetch. But not so good in teaching it to take a line and casting.
