It is tough to watch a dog that was such a joy to us fade from being the ball of retrieve to being ,as I am, old...........:(. Looks like he did all you asked of him and he gave you his all.....

What a sweet story... I know many of us are envious of those of you who actually have 12 yo's that you can even consider entering. That's awesome... My 14.5 yo who apparently has 9 or 10 lives is still sneaking down to the lake to swim and "runs" from us if we try to tell her not to! LOL ...which we don't do often, but she's having respiratory issues and it doesn't seem to stop her. I keep saying "if she dies swimming, she'll be happy" They really never lose it. It just gets modified as they age. :)

Great story, I hope to have three more years at the games with mine..... And I hope to be able to know when he tells me. Give Ceaser plenty of hugs, treats and a few fliers in what is hopefully a long retirement.
