As a person who has used pro's and will again I can tell you that i would rather use one that is honest and true to his beliefs than one that would hide it. I would be assured of fair treatment of my dog and would make me sleep better knowing he is in good hands.

Good luck with the new buisness and stay true to your beliefs.

Looks pretty good. I agree with the earlier posts on the colors - maybe just tone them down a bit.

The other thing is your links - they look fine, but if someone doesn't really know much about web site navigation, they might not realize they're links.

I'd also consider seriously what others have said about the pictures. I don't think you're doing anything wrong there, but a potential client might not like what he's seeing there in some of them, and decide not to use you because of that.

The picture at the top of the "Testimonials" page creeps me out big time....

Looks like you have the gun with a closed breech pointed right at the dog in the water.......
Yeah Iagree. Love the website. but DO NOT LIKE THAT PICTURE. Looks like your pointing right at the dog

I changed the picture that was scaring everyone. I changed fonts and some of the super bright neon colors.

I still have some work to do re-formatting the 'Who We Are' Section....but I will have to wait for another rainy day.

Thanks again for the help!

Colors look good now- not distracting or hard to read. I like the testimonial that talks about you training the owner- something most owners need.

Travis,

I've done my own site from the beginning. It's also network solutions, so I know how it's laid out. I think you've done a nice job, and believe me, I know it's not easy.

A couple things you can do to make it work better would include using some updated fonts, and making some of your pictures link to other pages on your site. It makes the site easier to navigate. You can make both pictures and text link to other information on the site. Email me if you want to discuss these and other ideas. rushcreekpress@aol.com

Hey Travis:
Great Pictures-I don't share your religion, but I sort of liked all you had to say about it. It makes it clear who you are and I liked that. Good luck with your business-love the cowboy church-we have one around here, too.

I think it looks great! The only thing I would add is a Facebook page which accompanies the site were you could add updates regularly and pictures. I know I love looking at pictures and videos of people training. I believe it serves as advertisement and let's people know you are on the move and open for business. Generally speaking, I think it builds interest.

I can't agree more....I would want your main focus on my dog if I'm paying you to train him/her....Plus your really turning off the none "god" people with all the "god" and "church" talk!!! Being a Sales Mgr myself, you want to keep you political and religious views to your self until you really know your customer!
If you have never lived in the Bible Belt you wouldn't understand that talking about God is an accepted way of presenting your company. Now politics are a whole different story. Travis good looking site. I saw a few things that I will send you an e-mail about some time this weekend. Travis keep God first in all things.
