Having tabled Field training for a while due to time/opportunity constraints, Midge and I have been concentrating on our Agility training. It paid off last weekend with 6 Qualifying runs, 5 1st Place and 1 Second, and 3 Titles over 2 days of AKC agility.

This week we hope to resume our Field Training now that we are relocated for the winter. We'll be rusty as heck but I know she'll have fun! She loves the birds as much as the jumps and weaves :)

A short little video of a versatile retriever :)

awesome!!! Congratulations!! we've just started doing agility, too, and we love it!
my OT brag...our first trial was yesterday. In Novice Standard preferred he got a clean run (100 score), at 16 seconds under course time for a 1st place.
Agility is a BLAST!

Congratualtions! Her weaves look great, that was a tough entry after the jump with so much momentum. Nice handling on your part too, when you have a fast dog like that you just can't babysit every little thing.

Great job! We had our local trials last weekend. Even though I don't train much, we still have a blast. Agility is a nice diversion for the dogs to de-stress if they are doing more mentally tough field stuff, or what seems more my case lately, something fun for their semi-retirement years.

Congratulations! What a fantastic weekend!
