After 7 years of great service my kennel cleaning hose was left too close to the kennels and was chewed. All dogs are fine but I had to replace the hose. Chose a heavy duty kink free style, and it was junk. Tried again with a different brand and it kinks ALL the time! AGH! so irritating. Who has recommendations for a good hose and reel that will last. The reel will need to hang up out of the dogs reach.

I buy hot water hose at home depot. It is not chew proof. Butt, I can leave it on in the sun and it won't bulge out.
I use flexzilla. Love them because they stay flexible in the cold. They haven't kinked up on me yet but I'm a little OCD about keeping the hoses straight. I also just bought a Stanley Fatmax hose which seems to be made of similar material, can't tell you much more about it, only had it a few days so far.
I'm digging my 50 ft expandable hose. It shrinks to nothing when the water is turned off, I can hang it up on a heavy duty "Command Strip" hook and it's put up and out of the way. Love the on/off connector at both ends of the hose. I only have 6 kennels, but I have two litters with a total of 12 puppies so right now I'm using it everyday. I don't think I will never have a regular hose in the kennel again. Next summer I will probably get similar for outside.
I have tried three of the expandable hoses. Each one blew out in less than a year. No more.
