The TEXAS Law states If you shoot a game bird you are to have a hunting lic. so ALL OF THE SHOT FLYER SHOOTERS HAVE TO HAVE A TEXAS HUNTING LIC. The club putting on the test or field trial has to have a $83.00 private game lic . and a hunt test or field permit.
If you are just a handler you don't have a lic.The Texas game Wardens have been super in under standing our problem .If it was me I would'nt worry about and have a good time .
We shoot flyers every week and have invited the warden out and he has not give us any problems. If you are nice to them they will help you in any way they can
