Way to many variables to give a "set price". I suggest using a surgical vet that can do arthroscopy, will cost as much or more as opening the shoulder but much easier to recover. Also realize there is probably a genetic component to SOME cases of OCD. May want to have the hocks and stifles checked for an evidence of problems in those joints.
