If a dog is 2 years old and has had final OFA ratings of mildly displastic and then came in heat early a month after they were checked can you re-evaluate and submit for a better rating?

I've OFA'd a couple now that were close to coming in, or in season (one was just last Weds-- came in season the day she was scheduled, ackkk! 
). Both times the hips have looked great. My guess is if the positioning was good the first time, what you see is what you've got, but do have someone take a look at the positioning. Anne

Month out is likely not close enough, but if the positioning is suspect, I'd do it!
