So, I get the suggestions not to name a dog with something that starts with an S. The deal is that all my dogs follow a pattern of being named for animated characters, my daughter's idea, so she has picked the name "Scar", from Lion King, for the latest edition to the kennel. It seems to me that the emphasis on the C in Scar is enough to keep the confusion down. Idea's?

we have a dog named Star...was probably the fastest dog we have ever had, won two Quals just after age two,before a career ending cruciate ligament injury...she was named for my brother's favorite beverage distributor Starbuck

because when they name the dog S Car.....they will be able to say
Look at that S CAR GO ...certainly not crawling like a snail
