I'm posting this here to see if others are having a similar problem.
Probably 1 in 5 times that I sign in and then try to post something, I get the following error message.

You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again.

I'm signed in when that happens. I open an other window and sign in again and then go back to the original window and send the message without further ado.
This happens on both computers, including one that's less than a month old.
