I am confused... you tried to use the breeder's kennel name as part of your dog's registered name and couldn't?

It is not uncommon at all to use the kennel name as part of the dog's registered name...

I think it is nice to use the kennel name, to give credit to the breeder...but in the end it is up to the puppy buyer if they want to do so... Some breeders stipulate that the kennel name must be part of the pup's registered name, but I can't see that ever being 'enforcable'
