Check out this video. One of the things I enjoy the most about what I do is when things like this show up. This is a pup we sold and I trained for a good friend. He recorded some of his hunt in Canada and his son made this video. About 3 min 30 seconds in he has the go pro on the dogs back. The dog picks up several marks and a blind while wearing the camera.

Ya it's very rewarding. This dog and his owner are a great team. The dog is doing what he was born and bred to do and he gets to do A LOT of it.

Tim, is that one of Eli's sired pups? I got the pleasure of watching you and Eli earlier this year run a finished test at Kankakee. You two make an awesome team and the two of you made the test look very easy and it wasn't an easy test if my memory serves me correctly.

RJW that is an Ely pup. We did that breeding 3 times and I trained 15 of them. I would love to have any one of them back.

I always enjoy getting Ely pups here to train. I have trained over 40 Ely pups and wish I could keep my truck full of them until the day I retire. We just bred the female (Megan) that produced the dog in the video to an FC out of Wisconsin. It was her last breeding and we kept a female to breed back to Ely hoping it will work as well as Ely X Megan did.
