Jeremie,

The best info comes straight from the horse's mouth. Call the owners and trainers of these dogs. Look in RFTN for a trial they won or placed and see who judged them & call those people.

John

I'm looking more for people who have actually owned or trained with pups from these sires. I know I can get most of my info from the actual owner, but I'm looking for a wide range of opinions.

Thanks

Start with the stud owners.
They should not have a problem telling you what faults or health issues their stud has produced and with what bitches.
They should also not have a problem getting previously bred bitch owners in touch with you to talk about their experience with that stud, and the pups produced.

I have very little to no info on these dogs. Ritz has been the best producer obvioulsy as he has been doing it longer. I have read a lot about Prime on here and he is apparantly awesome and has started to produce some nice younger dogs so far it seems. The only so to speak negative I have heard about him and to many it is not a negative, is he is kind of small I believe (65 lbs I think).

As for Shaq, if I had a good female to breed he would be very high up on my stud list. I have talked to a handful of people that have raved about him and some of his pups. I have talked via email to his owners before and they seem like just super nice people and they were very helpful in answering questions etc. I have no idea how many times Shaq has been bred but, I haven't heard of many. Shaq, from what I gather is good sized and good looking, he has other littermates who are titled and have done well in trials. His mom and dad were incredible dogs and he has one awesome pedigree. He has been one of the best dogs in the country over the last couple years. If in fact he is not getting very many breedings, I would say he is one of the most under-rated studs in the country.

Are you looking for a pup out of one of these dogs or looking to breed on to them? Good luck in your search. Travis

Hey thanks Travis, I'm looking around for a future stud for my Carbon female. I've pretty much narrowed it down to these 3 dogs. I've heard good things about all 3, just looking to pick a few brains online.
