I placed an order on April 20 and am still waiting on it. I am in Indiana and usually get my order in 1 to 2 days. This order finally got shipped from Texas and still isn't close to getting here. I get the whole pandemic thing but I have to order every day for my business and nothing has compared to this. Almost looks like they put it on a truck and skipped Fed ex and ups until it gets closer. Anyone else having problems? They have me so spoiled by great service I just don't get this. Thoughts?

I have a set auto ship. They have emailed me the last two shipments to say things are moving slow, and if I want it to arrive close to my normal delivery date, I should change the ship date. I did do that last month, but do not need to this time around—their proposed delivery date is fine for me.

Have you contacted them? They are responding to emails, but I think chat is disabled for now.

I have ordered from Amazon a few times. The were prompt and competitively priced. The only issue was the packaging. They would put a 50# bag of dog food in a huge box with no packing. The bag and/or box would break during shipping and UPS would send notice it had returned the package to the seller. After the third or fourth time I went back to Chewy.

I have been a long time auto ship customer of Chewy. When the world went crazy they immediately contacted me to make sure my packages would arrive when needed by moving up the regular schedule. Yes, they have been bought by Petsmart, but actually seems like a good merger. The retailer will honor all sales and specials of the online outlet. Customer service has remained good.

Same here with autoship and the emails detailing longer ship times. I think my most recent order took a week instead of 2 days.

I dont quite understand though. I work as a package handler for Fed Ex part time(Chewy ships Fed Ex) and we have not had any down time pertaining to COVID. Work has actually increased since everyone is purchasing online instead of going to stores in general. We all received an email acknowledging that we were essential when this whole thing started.

I think that delays are probably more so on the manufacturing/ warehousing side of things

Just got a email telling me about my auto ship date on May 11th. That it will be 7-10 days on the shipping from that day due to things being slow right now. so i just clicked order now to have around the 10th or so..
Last couple orders showed up 24hrs after getting my email telling me they have shipped..

I decided to try a different food for one of the dogs. I ordered a bag of food on the 28th, last Tuesday, and got an email yesterday, May 3rd, that it had shipped and I received it today. When the order was placed, they sent me an email that orders are taking 7-10 days to be delivered. Mine arrived in 6.

My chewy orders have taken a few days longer than usual but have always been accompanied by good communication and tracking. Chewy has gone above and beyond for me in the past and I don't mind cutting them some slack during this trying time. I've just adjusted my ordering to allow for a possible delay. None of this has been any sort of trouble for us and small inconvenience given the other issues going on...
