I would like to get an idea of how many dogs the folks on RTF own/train/care for... My bet is that the majority are multi dog people, but I would like to see how it works out

4 JRT's!
I bet you don't have a rodent problem

I've got 5 adults and a (new!) puppy. Three of the adults are labs as well as the puppy. The other two adults are "pets" - a pit bull and a lab/coonhound (former research dog).

Does Thumper the dwarf rabbit count too?? He's tougher than my pitbull!!

Full house regards,

Andy

3- QAA Females
1- MH Female
1- Gun dog (Rorem trained, awesome gun dog)
2- Males (just turned 1 in training with Chyllo Schifferns) starting derby in August.

1 wild kitten that we live trapped when the Bredeson's were here. And in one week this kitten is completely tame.

17 chickens, Headed to the farm store this spring for spraying parts, the kids convinced me to buy them 5 little chicks. One died, so we replaced that one with 5 more. Another died so we replaced that one with 5 more, this procedure happened again and low and behold, we ended up with 17 chickens. 1 point for the kids, 0 points for Dad. Logan my 6 year old boy fed them yesterday, roughly 10 lbs of food.

3 Kids, Kati, Logan, and Calvin.

I've got my hands full.

One dog, (seems like 5 sometimes) and one cat. The kitten showed up in our yard the day pup came home. No littermates or mom, just alone. She immediately bonded with pup and came to live with us. Never having been a cat person, I am enjjoying this one. She loves to "train" and chases after the dog when we are doing drills in the yard.
From time to time I have a "rescue" dog with us, but so far we have found homes for them.

Owned Dogs

2 labs, a female heeler, 1cat, 15 callducks & all the wildlife in the world from Elk,cougar & bear to rodents. & we live in the city limits in the path of progress.

The heeler is good on rodents & has added features - she won't let people get out of their car if they don't come with good intentions, plus the best feature of all, she doesn't like women, but will tolerate my wife - who is her owner.

4 labs as listed in my signature line ranging in age from 2-10 y/o.

Three players, two retired dogs, two rescue dogs that might play later, and in a few days a new Chopper pup, one 17lb white cat that thinks he's a lab and eats Euk PP( flips the lid off the can himself) and one 17 year old 5 lb black cat that I am afraid to look at because she is so mean. Dogs are all labs, all happy to be.

2 Jerk Russells, 1 YLM 14 months old, 1 fat cat, 18 hair sheep, 5 horses and a pony, and 14 pigeons. Plus an uncounted number of raccoons that the JRs pin in caves in the rocks and bark at until they're hoarse. Sheesh.
