Should voters have to pass an IQ test before they vote? Should couples have to be evaluated before given permission to have a child?

Yes and Hell yes!!

However, not too sure about the dog requirement. Would certainly thin out the crowd in the marsh, but would also probably lead to a lot more folks who shouldn't own dogs having dogs.
