I hope they have more class and have a better relationship with him than that, despite his antics.

Hubby has been warned he is a dead man if he makes one even slightly favorable comment about he who shall remain nameless. I just wish it didn't have to be on Monday Night Football of all things, I doubt the Packers will pull it off at MN, I think it will not be pretty. I will be thrilled to be proved wrong.

Sadly I have to take the Vikings on this one.;)

I am a Packers fan.
Have been for about 35 years (when I moved here).
But Brett Favre is the best I ever saw play.
The biggest heart I ever saw in a player.
Incomparable will to win.
I watched his whole professional life, ups & downs just like all of us.

He is the man to me.
I will root for him until he is done.

I will return to the Packers as a full time fan when "he who shall remain nameless" (ted thompson) is gone.

Just my humble feelings!

It will be a great game I think, won at the end.

This is a difficult game to handicap. Divisional rivalries are unpredictable, anything can happen. Viks were lucky to win last weekend and they can't depend on miricles every week. Packers haven't shown that much either. If I had to pick this game, I would have to go with the homefield advantage.

Now, Saints vs Jets, two 3 - 0 teams is much easier. I think the Saints -7 will cover. #1 Offense vs #3 Defense. Saints #10 Defense vs Jets #8 Offense. Should be a well-played, hard-hitting and exciting game.

Favre is THE man. I echo almost everything "roadkill" said.

BUT, I was a Packer loyal before Brett was born, and still am. It would be incredible if the Pack won it, or saved it on a 4th quarter Favre interception!!!

But that prolly won't happen.

What is really a riot is all the Minnesota folks with the #4 jerseys!! What ho's!! :p

I predict ESPN will continue the slobbering love affair with Favre and by game time you will be so sick of all the hype the game will almost be anticlimatic

I root for the Packers, not one player. Desmond Howard was the MVP in the only Superbowl Brett Favre has won to date. And in that game, Reggie White did a then SB record of 3 QB sacks. Howard and White won that SB, not Favre.

Vikes have the better offensive and defensive line. They have the better running back behind the better offensive line. They have a superior special teams player in Percy Harvin.

Vikes, based on talent, should win this in a runaway. However, I think Favre gets a bit jiggy.

Still Vikes win it.

If you love the Packers, Brett Favre is the enemy. If you root for Brett Favre, you can no longer be a Packer Backer.

The Vikings need a new stadium to the tune of $700 million taxpayer dollars. Favre is the prostitute for that stadium.

Packers historically ain't worth a squat at the big inflatable toilet. My guess is that the Vikes will rally behind their new QB and try to help him show the Pack that they made a mistake by letting him go. Hopefully the grey goose doesn't get caught up in it and keeps a level head.

Vikes by 10 (in a show hopefully dominated by a steady dose of AP, Playmaker Percy and the Vikes D).

Mr. Rodgers let me introduce you to Mr. Allen regards -

Vikes win but it will be good game. The pack D is going to want to put favre on his back all day and favre is going to want to win big time. :)

I'm just wondering what the he!! I'm going to wear!

We are having a tailgate party here at work and we need to dress in our "team" backer clothes...all I have is "Old what’s his name" jerseys in green... I should have bought a Driver shirt…maybe I can work some duct tape magic over it...

I hope the Pack will do it but it will be a tough game, always is.

I will never wear purple regards!

:barf:Being born and bred a Chicago Bears fan I throw up a little bit in my mouth as I say this. I will be rooting for the Packers. I do not want the Vikings to stay undefeated. You have no idea how much this pains me

Looking forward to Nov. 29 and Dec 28. The teddy bears will be playing the undefeated Vikings. Another team Favre knows well
