I have a 5 and a half month old puppy who whines like crazy. He used to bark a lot, when he was in a crate or kennel. He's been wearing a bark collar for that. Sometimes its as if that doesn't even phase him when he's shocked. He'll jump in the side by side and whine. He'll whine the whole ride. He's a great pup but the whining is driving me nuts. How do you guys correct this?
