Does anyone have any experience with this layout blind? I am a bigger guy and although a diet would be best for me a bigger layout blind would help.

I fit fine in the one I have but have no room at all to move or call.

I bought a Cabelas interceptor blind last year and no layout blind is big enough. I am not a big guy but all the ones I sat in all felt cramped, I am still trying to get the hang of this one but if I set up correctly and dont over call then the birds should drop...

Ken - Two blinds that come to mind are the FA SUB and the Avery M2 Migrator - for us bigger guys. -- I have the FA and while there's not a tremendous amount of free room there is enough to move a little and be comfortable in.

Ill have to 2nd the FA SUB. I have two ove them and as a big guy myself even when it gets cold and i gota bundle up there's plenty of room in them. And the SUBs can be bought at a reasonable price through rogers sporting goods.

Ill jump on the FA SUB bandwaggon for a big guy. I dont know how big you are but Im 6'5 and weigh about 290lbs and the SUB was as good as ive found for comfort.

I think wingsupply.com has a real good deal on them right now.

I own an SUB. I fit fine in it but if I try to call, and I like calling its part of the fun of hunting, I have to be very very careful or I will pop the blind and ruin everyone's hunt. I feel like I need more room around my chest to bring my arms up.

Well I wasnt going to recommend this one cause its bulky to take around and doesnt fold up well but this is the biggest one Ive seen or hunted with. I own it and when my 6'7 buddy comes in town this is his blind of choice.

Ken - I'll agree with you about the SUB - that in the chest it might be a tad tight (I have a 54-56" chest) -- but then again I can get in there and call without opening the doors. You can always scootch (sp?) down a bit on the back rest to call. Sounds like you need a really deep blind (height). - It's probably best to go to a Cabelas or Bass Pro store - pull off a big waterfowl parka from the rack, put it on and then tryo out their blinds.
