i agree with several early post yes the dog was cheating and yes it takes time and
experience to know when they need correction in future. i would called the dog back
then shown it the proper route. it is hard to not want to test, but you will get the chance
often enough at trials. when you watchmost pros test most good pro's will never let
a dog even cheat in a trial competition. just brings out future available desires to.

as for the tresspass issue do as you feel. but remember those 1 or 2 that you may offend
some day always seem to be the loadest in not allowing people to hunt and yell at us. that
do obey the ownership of property i find most people will let you train when you show them
what you are doing. as for on lookers most are curious or entertained, amazed just be careful
try talking before taking chance to offend any...
